Getting Started!

Thank you so much for your interest in Ashley’s Pawsome Pet Sitting. Getting started with us is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Take a look at the steps below and let us know if you have any questions.

1. Submit a New Client Intake Form

You can request service by clicking the New Client Intake Form, or by calling us. Once you have requested service we will be able to match you with a pet sitter to schedule your meet and greet. You will also receive a welcome email providing access to our client portal where you will need to log in and agree to the policy and service agreement and provide your client and pet details.

2. Schedule a Meet and Greet

Your assigned Pet Sitter will be contacting you shortly after you request service to schedule your meet and greet. They will accommodate your schedule. At the meeting you will get to know your Pet Sitter, as well as introduce them to your pet(s) and walk them through the entire house care and pet care routine. This is also when you will provide us with the details on how we will access your key (a lock box ($15), a hidden key, or a key pick up and drop off visit ($15 each trip)

3. Receive Confirmation and Pay Invoice

A week before your requested service you will receive a confirmation email detailing your scheduled services. Please review this carefully and let us know if anything is incorrect.

Prior to your departure payment for your services are due. We accept Credit Cards, Check, or Venmo for payment. A $10 fee will be assessed to services not paid for on or before the start date.

4. Enjoy your time away!

Enjoy your time away from home while feeling confident that your furry friends are being well cared for by our team of pet professionals. After each scheduled visit you will receive a visit log including an update and pictures of your pets
